FAQ
Questions.
Does Fewer GB delete anything automatically?
Never. Swiping only sorts photos into keep and lose. Nothing is deleted until you review the pile and confirm, and iOS asks you once more before anything is removed.
Why didn't my storage go up right away?
iPhone moves deleted photos to Recently Deleted and keeps them for 30 days. Open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted → Select → Delete All to get the space back immediately. Fewer GB reminds you if space is still waiting there.
Is it a subscription?
No. Fewer GB is free to try with 50 swipes a day. Unlimited is a single $24.99 purchase, yours forever, with Family Sharing and every future update included.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your iPhone. There is no account, no server and no tracking. Duplicates and look-alikes are found on the device.
Can it find duplicate and similar photos?
Yes. Exact duplicates and look-alike shots (bursts, retakes) are shown side by side, so you tap the one to lose — or keep both, or delete both.
Which languages does it speak?
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Albanian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).
