These terms apply to your use of the Fewer GB app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these terms and Apple’s agreement differ, Apple’s agreement applies.
What the app does
The app helps you review the photos and videos on your iPhone and delete the ones you no longer want. It only deletes items after you confirm, and iOS asks you to confirm again. Deleted items go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app and can be recovered there for up to 30 days, until that album is emptied.
You are in control
You decide what to keep and what to delete. Please check your choices before confirming a deletion. We are not responsible for photos or videos you choose to delete, including after Recently Deleted has been emptied. Keeping a backup, such as iCloud Photos, is always a good idea.
Free use and Fewer GB Pro
- The app is free to use with a daily limit of swipes.
- Fewer GB Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the daily limit. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Purchases can be restored on your devices from the app’s settings and shared through Family Sharing.
Acceptable use
Use the app only with content you have the right to manage and in line with the law. Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date above.
